SignGround works with companies and individuals in the European Union. If you or your company reside within the union, you can easily submit your order directly through our website. We can also ship to any other country in the world, however there will be additional taxes and customs involved. Contact us for more information.

Delivery Time

SignGround aims to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. All our products are kept in stock. Most adhesive films and whole size sheets are dispatched within 1 business day. All other products are dispatched within 2 business days. For payments made via Bank transfer, the parcel is dispatched after cleared payment or proof of payment (scanned receipt). How can I track the status of my order?

We pride ourselves on great customer service – once you submit your order you will receive a few emails to keep you up to date with its status. The last email will contain the tracking code for your parcel. If you require extra information please contact our customer support team at tracking@signgroung.com. Please include your full name and order number in all communications with us.

Do you offer express delivery service?

The shipping methods on our website are the most cost effective solutions we have found for you. Of course, express shipping options are available upon request but prices will be a lot higher. You can inquire about faster shipping services using the contact us form.
