PALIGHT foamed PVC sheets are available with thickness of 1, 2, 4, 5 and 10 mm. We offer FREE normal cutting (tolerance of +/- 1mm) for your selected sheet size. If you would like precise cutting, different shapes and sizes, rounded corners or drilled holes, please contact us.
PALIGHT is a light, flexible and durable foamed PVC sheet especially developed for the advertising and construction industries. Its bright white color enables digital printers to reproduce true color and achieve greater impact with white space. The flat and even surface of the material is ideal for screen printing and complete lamination. The product was tested and approved by world leading digital printer manufacturers.
PALIGHT is half the weight of solid PVC sheets with the same thickness. It has good mechanical properties and is easily handled, cut and fabricated using conventional tools and equipment. It provides good insulation and good flammability – it is self extinguishing.
Some examples of typical applications of PALIGHT in the advertising and construction industries are POP displays, exhibition graphics, direct digital printing, control cabinets and panels, applications in corrosive environments and even yacht furniture.
