LG Hausys LD3870 is a monomeric calendered PVC film for adhesion on low-energy sub-surfaces. It has a thickness of 100 microns and white gloss surface. The product can be purchased by the meter or in whole rolls with width 126cm. Maximum roll length is 50m.

LG LD3870 Low Energy Surface Film
LD3870 can be easily applied to low-energy surfaces which are difficult for general PSA products (plastic, PE, PP). The product has acrylic based, pressure sensitive adhesive which is permanent and grey pigmented. It provides high initial tack and adapts to the background to provide optimal printing quality.
LD3870 is suitable for indoor and outdoor displays, labels and signs with up to 3 years service life. It conforms well to flat and seamed surfaces, when processed and applied according to LG recommendations. The product has excellent dimensional stability and performance under wide range of physical and climatic conditions. Each roll comes with super flat, double side PE-coated paper liner. The adhesive of the material is acrylic based and pressure sensitive which is permanent and transparent.
